Refurbishment of a Bathroom
Fantastic work done by Nicolae Voican. Had laminates changed for the whole flat. Kitchen tiles and new kitchen cupboards. Amazing work done in the bathroom. The bathroom went through an amazing big change. Very professional and good outcome of the jobs. Was very helpful with all my deliveries of items and equipments when i was not at the property. Always keeping updated with the work with photos and always kept a record of spendings. Always asked for my choice and everything was done how i wanted it. Happy with the outcome. Thankyou. Full Reconstruction of a Kitchen
We are really pleased with the quality of Nicolae's work and his integrity as a professional and as a person. As a result, we extended the initial jobs to include plastering, installation of a bathroom vanity unit, lighting etc. He has gave us clear information about the timescales for the completion of the work and prices which was evidenced in the invoice. His prices were re asonable and he did lots of extras that he did not charge.Nicolae came along at a time when we had lost confidence in tradesmen after another builder did a less than satisfactory plastering job which left our hallway looking like a complete mess and a complete embarrassment. We had been charged three times the going rate for the privilege. Nicholae painstakingly had to 'make good' the walls, door frames and skirtings before he was able to begin painting and the results are amazing and we now have a home that is 'liveable and we are proud of'.We particularly like the fact that he always gave us good advice and choices to inform our decision making. Also, he reviews his work at the end of the process and it is under guarantee.We will definitely use his services again and highly recommend.
